Camera-ready Paper Submission
Camera ready instructions
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the camera-ready version of their paper and the signed copyright form by June 27, 2025.
Instruction steps for authors to prepare camera-ready files:
Make any and all necessary changes outlined by reviewers. Please note that substantial changes to the reviewed paper are not allowed, except for those that address specific reviewers’ comments and improve the paper.
The template for the camera-ready papers is the same for initial submissions. The LaTeX template for LNCS can be downloaded here. It is also available on Overleaf. The camera-ready paper is limited to 15 pages (not including references).
De-anonymize the paper by adding author names, affiliations, Email addresses, and ORCIDs. The authors on the camera-ready document must exactly match in number and order the authors typed into the online submission form. Adding/removing author is not permitted. The authors can also add acknowledgement information if applicable.
Save both the LaTeX source files (with main.tex) AND the PDF of authors’ camera-ready paper copy (XXX.pdf) in a folder/directory on your computer, where XXX is the paper ID number, which can be found in the notification of acceptance you've already received. Then, name the folder/directory using your paper ID number.
Upload the folder/directory to the Meteor System. The corresponding author of each accepted paper will first receive login instructions in the invitation email from the Meteor Support. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the email ends up there. After login, follow the instructions in the homepage of the Meteor system to complete your submission process. Note that only the corresponding author has the authority to upload the camera-ready files, therefore do not forget to add your co-authors in the system against your paper under " Edit Authorship " step during submission process.
Sign the License-to-Publish Agreement. After clicking the submit button, author will be asked to accept the paper LTPs. Then, you will be redirect to DocuSign to complete the contract signing process. The corresponding author, who must match the corresponding author marked in the header of the paper, must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf. Employees of US Government contractors or US Government departments often have to sign an alternative agreement. We urge such authors to contact their own legal departments as soon as their papers have been accepted and to get in touch with us straight away. Any copyright issues must be resolved before the final files are sent to Springer, otherwise this can delay the publication process.
A confirmation email from the system will sent to you, which means you have successfully completed your final submission.
Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a Full Registration before June 27, 2025 in order to include and publish the paper in the conference proceedings. Any papers that are not covered by a registration by June 27, 2025 will be withdrawn. For more information, please see the ICDAR 2025 Registration Webpage.
For any question related to the publication process, please do not hesitate to contact the publication chairs (annazhu@whut.edu.cn, xyz@nlpr.ia.ac.cn). For more information on author guidelines, please refer to Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings.
