Financial Assistance

Student authors of accepted papers at ICDAR 2025 can apply for financial assistance to present their paper. The assistance includes a free non-student (A class) or student (B class)  full access registration for the purpose of oral or poster presentations. Those students requiring non-student registration covering paper publication need to apply for A class. If the student's paper have been covered by other co-author's non-student registration, then the student can apply for B class. The total number of supported students is limited to 10.

The application should include:

• Class of application

• Paper ID, title, and authors

• Motivation letter highlighting the need for financial assistance

• Supporting letter from the university, department, or research group

• Confirmation of student status

Applications have to be sent to the Organizing Committee via email to ICDAR2025@gmail.com and copy the email to the General Chairs and Program Chairs. The application deadline is June 20.
