Please note: Once a participant submits your registration form, the selected registration type (Full Access, Workshop-only, or Tutorial-only) can not be modifiable afterwards. Only other non-fee-related fields can editable.
1. Registration Process
To complete your registration for ICDAR 2025, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Fill out the Registration Form
Click the link above to complete the online registration form.
You will receive a Registration ID upon submission in your confirmation email.
Step 2: Complete the Payment
After registration, please complete your payment within 3 working days.
The payment page and detailed instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please make sure to include your Registration ID when making the payment (e.g., in the remarks section).

2. Registration Fees
There are three registration types that applies to you and read carefully all information provided for discount entitlements and deadlines.
By selecting the Full Access Registration registration, you will have full access to all the activities of the Main Conference, Workshops, Tutorials and Poster Sessions between 16-21 September 2025.
By selecting the Workshops-only registration, you will have only access to Workshops between 20-21 September 2025.
By selecting the Tutorials-only registration, you will have only access to Tutorials on 16 September 2025.
Note:
All fees quoted are in $/¥ and include all relevant fees and taxes.
Registration fees do not include personal insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each accepted paper requires at least one (1) author to have performed one non-student Full Registration before 27 June 2025 in order to include and publish the paper in the conference or workshop proceedings.
Regarding the ICDAR-IJDAR journal track registration:
All authors presenting papers in the ICDAR-IJDAR journal track must register for full access of conference. If the registering author is a student and has no paper published in the main conference proceedings, he/she can register under the student Full Registration category. Otherwise, the author should register under the non-student Full Registration category.
As for the paper identification, the author should use the official ID assigned by the organizing committee (e.g., JT01, JT02, etc.), not the submission ID from the journal system (such as “fe429fdd-0a38-4…”).
3. For Registration
3.1 Registration Details
All registration fees are quoted in USD($)/CNY(¥) and taxes are included.
Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
For issuance of tax invoice with an address within the China, the respective invoice title and tax number must be provided. The invoice title and tax number can be set up during the registration process , otherwise leave them blank and you will receive a receipt of payment.
Any modification on invoice title or tax number, requested after the issuing of the tax invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of $ 50/¥360.
As a general policy, tax invoice or receipt will be issued collectively within five (5) working days after July 20, 2025, for all confirmed and fully paid participants.
If a participant urgently requires a tax invoice or receipt in advance (e.g., for reimbursement purposes), they may request early issuance by contacting the Organizing Committee via email.
Please note: Once a tax invoice or receipt is issued in advance, the participant's registration will be considered final, and cancellation or refund will no longer be permitted.
Registration fees are based on the applicable - on the date of payment - fee. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, China Beijing Time (UTC+8), on the relevant registration deadline; otherwise the higher registration fee will apply.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. For your registration to be valid and completed, please complete your payment within 3 working days. The payment page and detailed instructions will be provided in confirmation email.
You are advised to have this confirmation, in your easily accessible records, should there be a need to present it at the registration desk at the Conference venue.
3.2 Payment Details
You may pay your registration fee by bank transfer*, PayPal, or Alipay. Registration payments must be completed within 3 working days. If the payment is not submitted by then, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.

3.3 Cancellation & Alteration Policy
For any cancellation or alteration of your registration, the Professional Congress Organizer (CONVIN S.A) must be notified in writing by e-mail at registrations.icdar2025@convin.gr
Registration cancellations or alterations are subject to the following conditions:
1.Registration Cancellation
Until July 19 2025: full refund will be given less $50/¥360 administrative fee
From July 20 2025 onwards: No refund granted.
2.Alterations / Name changes
Until July 19 2025: name changes are permitted, upon payment of a $50/¥360 administrative fee.
From July 20 2025 onwards: no name changes will be accepted.
Non-shows at the Conference will be charged a full fee.
All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the closing of the Conference; respective bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate.
